Wich countries do we ship to?

Online shop La Costa del Algodón ships to all of the countries members of European Union and the US.

Depending on the country of the destination the cost of the delivery is different. La Costa del Algodón doesn’t deliver to these areas of European Union: Ceuta, Melila or Canarias (Spain), Heligoland and Büsingen (Germany), Faroe and Greenland (Denmark), Aland (Finland), Mount Athos (Greece), San Marino, Livigno, Campione or zones of Lago di Lugano (Italy), Channel Islands and Gibraltar (United Kingdom).

Payment methods:

You can make payments with PayPal, credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to realize a purchase.

In compliance with the current legislation in Spain, we issue an invoice for purchases over € 3,000. In these cases, we will ask you to enter your DNI number.

Shipment costs:

The cost of shipment is different due to the destination country and type of the product. The shipment cost is automatically calculated and is seen in the payment webpage of PayPal. The package will always travel to paid door destination and the one listed in the purchase invoice.
We remind you that taxes or customs charges of your country are always on the client’s responsibility.


Shipment time:

The delivery date is calculated from the moment the payment has been made proceeded. Please note that if we receive your order from Monday to Tuesday before 18:00, we will send it to the delivery the next day. The orders which are realized on Friday and during the weekend will be send on Monday. If there is any extraordinary delay in your order process, we will inform you immediately.

The delivery terms are approximated and any delay does not contemplate in any case a possible claim for damages.

Order tracking:

When the order leaves the stock of La Costa del Algodón, you will receive an informational email with a tracking number from the shipping company.

Can I change mi delivery adress once my order has been sent?:

For security reasons, we can not change the address to which your order is shipped. In case you can not be present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a note with information on how to organize a new delivery or where you can pick up your package.


You have 15 days for making a return, counted from the day of the package delivery.

To place a return, you need to send a copy of your order to with the style you want ro return and  we will answer you with the instructions.


In any case, we warn you that you have to return your articles in perfect conditions, without been used, in its’ original packaging and with the security tag hanging. We regret that we can not accept returns of items that do not meet these conditions.


If you want to exchange one item for another, we would kindly advice you to make a return and place a new order.

How to make a return:

Put in the original package the item or items that you wish to return and the return form.

1. Put the product in the original shipping box.

2. Send an email to e-shop@lacostadelalgodó with “Return” as a subject and with a pick-up address.

3. Contact Mail Boxes to arrange the time of the pick-up.
Remember that the expenses of return will be on your charge. Return costs are subtracted from the total amount of your purchase.


Refunds will be paid through the same way as the original purchase payment was made. Upon receiving the return, we will make the refund as soon as possible. Keep in mind that once we have given the order to refund the provider of your payment method (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc.) may take between 7-10 working days in refund. We recommend keeping your delivery note until receiving the refund.
Remember, your refund will be reduced by the cost of return shipping.
